The Dunlop manufacturing using natural latex dates back to 1929. The
solid rubber juice is beaten into foam in a centrifuge, which is poured into a
mold that is covered, and then baked in steam. Natural residue in the

the same process is followed but before baking, it is put in a vacuum chamber
and then the mold is flash-frozen. It has a more unswerving cell structure from
